"Teaching Kids to Be Responsible" with Corwin Kronenberg

Ann Desens, secretary of the Royal Oaks School Community Organization (ROSCO)  has organized a workshop for all district parents.

The speaker is Corwin Kronenberg, the nationally recognized creator of the "Above the Line, Below the Line" discipline program. I recently learned that all of the Sun Prairie schools will be adopting the program. The evening workshop would be a great supplement to what the teachers are doing in the classroom. Parents, teachers and students will all be familiar with the same vocabulary, enhancing the effectiveness of the project. It is an exciting opportunity for all local parents to learn more about the program.

The workshop is titled, "Teaching Kids to Be Responsible" and will be structured to closely mirror the classroom program yet be applicable to the home. Corwin Kronenberg will be here on October 14th from 6:30 to 8 in the Prairie View Middle School "cafetorium". If you have any questions please contact me.
